If you are more interested in traditional instruction and education, I can support you that way as well. The best exercise for you is whatever you enjoy and will actually do. Our bodies were designed to move a lot more and sit a lot less than most of us currently do. Rediscover the joy of movement and start building a better body today.

Physical fitness includes all of the following components:

  • cardiorespiratory endurance
  • muscle strength, endurance, and power
  • balance and body awareness (kinesthesia)
  • flexibility
What are my options?

The Basics – We will start with an assessment of your current health and fitness status*. From this information, we will create a personalized fitness plan that is appropriate, adequate, and evidence-based. We will incorporate the activities that you choose, based on your needs and goals. The assessment and planning session will take place in your home.  This session lasts 90 minutes.  Following the planning session, we will meet for six hands-on training sessions to ensure competence and confidence in your ability to execute your plan. These sessions last 60 minutes.

Up your game – This option is for those who desire more direction or hands-on support. After completing The Basics sessions, we will continue to have regularly scheduled personal training sessions for a period of time. The frequency and total number of these training sessions is determined by you.

*Some people may need to obtain a physician’s release form before receiving their plan and starting to exercise.
