During the holidays, I hope you will enjoy time spent in a way that makes you relax and able to appreciate the season. It is a great time to reflect on our blessings and show our love for one another. Taking care of yourself is a part of that. So create a little love for yourself while sharing some with others. Being mindful about how many things you are trying to accomplish, what you are eating and drinking, if you are getting any exercise, and what things you really need to buy (or not) can help you better handle the pressures we often put on ourselves at this time of year. Taking an intentional approach to what you are doing is a great way to start, and it’s amazing how free it can make you feel. Why not make this year’s holiday season one that you truly enjoy?
